Alessandra “Alex” Livingston serves as our Senior Paralegal and is one of the firm’s original team members, having joined Andres Lopez Law Firm PA in 2011. With over 14 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, she supports cases from intake through trial, settlement, and final resolution.
Ms. Livingston works closely with attorneys to manage complex caseloads, draft pleadings and discovery, coordinate medical records and providers, track liens, and prepare cases for mediation and trial. With a strong understanding of the litigation process, she plays a key role in organizing trial exhibits, summarizing depositions, preparing witnesses and experts, and ensuring cases move efficiently toward resolution.
In addition to litigation support, Ms. Livingston contributes to the firm’s daily operations and case management systems, helping maintain organized workflows and strong client communication. Known for her compassion toward injured clients, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume files, she is committed to helping the legal team pursue maximum recovery and justice for those harmed by negligence. An integral part of the firm, she provides exceptional customer service and takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals.
Ms. Livingston holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian and is a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community through volunteer work.
